For my first time using VRBO I had a better experience than anything I ever did with AirBNB. This 1 bedroom/1 private bath played home for during my final stretch in the Phoenix, AZ area. This second floor condo features all basic living requirement needs. Nice sized bed; two flat screen televisions (living room and bedroom) Nice bathroom with shower; sink and toilet. Fridge kept all my beverages ice cold. Towels and an assortment of dishes; bowls; silverware; glasses and further cooking devices supplied. Dishwasher and stacked washer and dryer..oh; microwave and oven One minor detail; the washer and dryer lack any sort of time display. When the washer finishes it clicks twice and dryer just stops. So just be mindful of it. Yes; previous reviews state the A/C is loud and YES IT IS but I did not mind it at all...

I stayed here for a week and found this location was unbeatable if you need to be conveniently close to the 101 and north of Old Town. There was a hiccup the first day, but by calling Ana (the manager) it was resolved in the first 24 hours. She was wonderful and so was Amber (the owner), both very attentive to make sure my stay was what it should be. The condo has been recently renovated with a modern feel & was very clean, plus I felt safe. Thank you for everything Amber and Ana. :)

The condo was beautiful! The pool, exercise room and courtyard were all very nice. The location was just a couple of miles from Maryvale Baseball Park and many businesses were nearby. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall experience was excellent. Don and his group were great with all facets of communication. Don even met me for a late check in. Apartment was very nice. Bed was very comfy. I stayed here for over 20 days and it was a great home away from home. Coffee maker, fridge stove and all utensils to prepare meals. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Perfect condo for me! Very well set up and equipped. Nicely maintained, clean and good condition. I appreciated consumable supplies being there on arrival...paper towels, dish soap, to and laundry detergent. All new fresh kitchen linens and plenty of bath towels. AC was a little loud but I think because iceberg it is installed. Bathtub faucet a bit awkward but no big deal. Thank you! I appreciate all your considerations in making my stay enjoyable and safe.

I was met and given a tour of the property upon my arrival, the owner was helpful and gave me information on the surrounding area to help us settle in. Decor in the unit was nice, and the pool was beautiful! Other people in the condo were friendly and really made us feel at home. We would stay here again if we return to the Scottsdale area.
